By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Boho is a risk management and behavioral discipline platformdesigned to help traders define and enforce their own risk rules.

• Boho does not provide trading advice
• Boho does not generate buy or sell signals
• Boho does not recommend securities, instruments, or strategies
• Boho does not guarantee profits or prevent losses
• Boho does not place, modify, or manage trades on your behalf

All trading decisions, executions, outcomes, and consequences remain solely the responsibility of the user.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account

4. User Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment

• You are fully responsible for all trading activity
• You define your own risk rules and limits
• Market conditions, latency, slippage, or broker behavior may affect outcomes
• Losses may still occur even when risk controls are active
• Risk enforcement may be delayed, partial, or unavailable due to technical factors

Boho enforces user-defined rules on a best-effort basis and does not control market behavior, broker systems, exchange infrastructure, or internet connectivity.

5. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Nothing on Boho constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Portfolio management
• Solicitation to buy or sell securities
• Tax, legal, or financial planning advice

6. Broker & Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party brokers, APIs, or platforms at the user’s request. Boho does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, execution, or failures.

7. Technical Limitations

The Service may experience interruptions, bugs, latency, data delays, synchronization issues, or outages. Boho does not guarantee real-time enforcement, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law

Boho shall not be liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, broker actions, data inaccuracies, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boho from any claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Boho may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
